The Japan 24 Hour Helpline is provided by Japan Mobility, who has been assisting foreigners in Japan for over 15 years. Our devotion to excellent service and customer satisfaction has earned our clients' confidence and trust in working with individuals, families and some of the largest companies in the world.

Covering all of Japan from Hokkaido to Tokyo to Okinawa, our consultants have years of experience in supporting those coming to Japan from overseas in all aspects of their visit or new lives here. Our fully bi-lingual staff with extensive international backgrounds understand the challenge of being in a new country where you may not speak the language. Consultants often provide immediate interpretation for those who may be unable to communicate clearly at a government office, train station/airport, health clinic, or with a landlord, etc. 

In Japan it can be particularly difficult to navigate through the required bureaucracy and rigid policies. Japan Mobility's long-standing expertise in Japan enables us to effectively guide clients through the unfamiliar, particularly in an emergency situation, where time is of the essence.
